agrees to pay the artists, Jacqueline and Dudley Laufman, the total fee of: $______________________

DEPOSIT FEE:

The Sponsor agrees to pay the Laufman’s a non-refundable deposit of fifty

percent (50%) of the total fee for reserving the engagement date, which for

this Contract means an amount immediately due of:                                             $______________

CANCELLATION FEE:

If the Sponsor cancels this engagement, the Sponsor agrees to pay the

Laufman’s a cancellation fee of fifty percent (50%) of the total fee, which

for this Contract means an amount immediately due of:                                         $______________

 

ENGAGEMENT DATE AND PAYMENT:

Until the contract (and deposit if required) are received, the Laufman’s are not bound to reserve this date for the Sponsor. Once these are received, the Laufman’s agree to provide their services on this engagement date, to the best of their ability at all times, but shall not be responsible for any act of nature preventing them from fulfilling this agreement. Full payment shall be made on the day service is provided. Checks should be made out to Dudley Laufman. All parties are mutually bound by the terms of this agreement
