Dudley Laufman and Corinne Nash (Cassette and Book) An 80-minute selection of private, live, and studio recordings of Dick Richardson playing fiddle tunes, solo and with Ralph Page's New Hampshire Trio and New Hampshire Orchestra and The Halton Four. Halton "Dick" Richardson was a country dancing master, fiddler and prompter in Vermont and the Monadnock Region of New Hampshire from 1903 until l970. His music had a strong rhythmic drive. He inspired Bob McQuillen and influenced Dudley Laufman; Ralph Page included him among "the best." The 80-page book includes 60 photos, news clippings, chronology, stories, dances and discography.
